5. Artificial Intelligence Services

Some Services may utilize artificial intelligence, machine learning, large language models, or third-party AI providers.

AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or unintended results. You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and determining the suitability of any generated content before relying on it.

Exis Labs does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated outputs.

6. Intellectual Property

The Services, including software, designs, trademarks, logos, content, and underlying technology, are owned by Exis Labs or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, no rights are granted to use our intellectual property.

7. Fees and Payments

Certain Services may require payment. You agree to pay all applicable fees, taxes, and charges associated with your use of the Services.

Unless otherwise required by law, payments are non-refundable.

8. Third-Party Services

Exis Labs does not control and is not responsible for third-party services, content, policies, or practices.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EXIS LABS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND RELIABILITY.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EXIS LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

EXIS LABS' TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO EXIS LABS DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Exis Labs, its officers, members, employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
